The HESHAM HIS-FLWS-024AI360°-AS is a 360° AI camera system with a waterproof display and auto-slowdown support for forklift applications. Ultra-wide-angle camera images are corrected and stitched together to provide a panoramic view of the vehicle’s surroundings. Display and Viewing The system features a 10.1-inch IPS touchscreen with a 1024 × 600 display resolution. It supports 2D and 3D viewing, four-screen display modes and automatic brightness adjustment according to ambient light. The monitor uses an aluminium-alloy housing and a fully bonded screen construction. AI Detection and Warnings The system detects pedestrians, vehicles and obstacles around the vehicle. It provides visual and voice warnings and supports external audio-visual alarm outputs. Auto Slowdown When a hazard is detected within the configured danger zone, the system sends a slowdown signal to the forklift controller. Important Integration Requirement Automatic slowdown is available only when the system is integrated with the forklift’s speed/controller system. Installing the camera and display alone does not enable vehicle speed control.
